Refund policy

This policy covers refunds for softshill, operated by Hypetree OÜ, Estonia. We want the service to be worth paying for, and we keep refunds simple and honest.
Free trial first
Every account starts with a free trial that includes a set number of replies and does not require a card. We recommend using the trial to decide whether softshill fits your work before you pay.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with your first paid subscription, email us within 14 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to your first purchase, one time per account.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that. We do not generally refund a monthly or annual charge partway through a period once it has started, except where required by law.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were billed twice for the same period, or charged by mistake, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep any statutory rights you have under EU and Estonian consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
How to request a refund
Email hello@hypetr.ee from the address on your account and tell us what you would like refunded. We aim to reply within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
